What is the difference between ProjectSymbols for CET and ProjectSymbols for CET (Subscriber)

Both are the exact same software.  The (Subscriber) version offers a $100.00/user discount for those that currently subscribing to a Site license of ProjectSymbols for AutoCAD.   ProjectSymbols for AutoCAD is a plug-in to AutoCAD that allows designers to place manufacturer CAD blocks in AutoCAD with a suite of tools for specification.  Similar to CAP.
